Over 14 days, you’ll enjoy premium cold-pressed juices alongside a professionally designed meal plan to suit your unique lifestyle, health goals, and preferred way of eating.

How It Works:
1. Choose your meal plan from the drop down list above.
If you don’t see what you are looking for, click HERE to review futher meal plan options and email orders@juicerevolution.co.za to let us know which meal plan you would like to follow.
2. Receive your meal plan.
Your chosen plan, which includes recipes, nutritional breakdowns, and a shopping list, will be emailed to you along with your order delivery details.
You will follow it for 7 days and repeat it in week two.
3. Enjoy your daily cold-pressed juice.
Your program includes 14 × 500ml cold-pressed juices.
Each day, you can either:

Add your juice as a nourishing snack/booster.

40-30-30 Weight Loss Diet (17 recipes)
A high protein, moderate fat and carbohydrate diet for weight management.
This diet was designed to assist with weight management by maintaining caloric intake at approximately 1,600 calories per day with a macronutrient ratio of approximately 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Recipes are meal-prep friendly and easy to make to increase compliance. The entire meal plan is gluten-free.
Intermittent Fasting Program (15 recipes)
A balanced meal plan for individuals with a restricted eating window.
This program provides balanced nutrition without frequent meals and snacks. Calories are distributed between three meals per day, which are intended to be consumed within a restricted eating window of approximately six hours.
Ketogenic Diet (15 recipes)
A high-fat, moderate-protein eating plan to help minimize carbohydrates.
This diet uses a wide range of nutrient-dense ingredients to avoid common nutrient deficiencies associated with a ketogenic diet. The meal plan provides less than 30 grams per day of net carbohydrates, with the majority coming from fiber. Fiber will not prevent ketosis and it helps support a healthy digestive system.,This program is designed for the purpose of promoting general health and wellness through ketosis. It is not intended to treat epilepsy or any other type of seizure disorder.
Low Carb Paleo Diet (20 recipes)
Grain-free, legume-free, dairy-free. Low in carbohydrates with an emphasis on protein and healthy fats.
This diet focuses on whole, minimally processed foods like meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Carbohydrates are provided by whole, high-fiber, plant-based foods to keep blood sugar balanced and reduce inflammation.
Mediterranean Diet (18 recipes)
A heart-healthy diet packed with vegetables, olive oil and quality protein.
This diet is built with high-fiber, nutrient-dense foods including fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Heart-healthy fats are provided by olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds. Quality protein from dairy, poultry and fish is also consumed to round out the diet.
Plant-Based High Protein Program (17 recipes)
A vegan meal plan offering at least 100 grams of protein per day.
This program was designed for plant-based eaters with higher protein needs. It provides 100 to 113 grams of plant protein per day. Meals are high in healthy fats and fiber for blood sugar management.
