I feel amazing after my liver cleanse. This was my 3rd one, and again it did not disappoint. My whole being feels lighter and clearer (and I dropped a kg, a bonus!). I feel like I am sleeping a little deeper, have more energy and am more focused. I have missed coffee but will see how long I can carry on without!
