Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery area and postal code. In rare cases, the actual courier charge may exceed the amount calculated at checkout. Should this occur, we will contact you before dispatching your order to discuss the additional delivery cost. If the revised delivery fee is not acceptable, we will gladly provide a full refund before your order is dispatched.
Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any missing, damaged or incorrectly packed items within 24 hours. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, replace the affected products promptly.
Coupons
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and may not be applied to discounted products unless specifically stated.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or where we believe fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have thawed during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
Returns must be requested within three (3) days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Returns Process
To request a return, please email fiona@juicerevolution.co.za and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the products, where applicable
We will respond within one business day with your Return Authorisation Number and collection instructions. As our products are perishable and must remain frozen, all returns must be collected using our approved courier partners to maintain the cold chain. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the cost of returning the products will be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have defrosted after delivery due to incorrect storage.
- Bank or payment processing fees associated with the original transaction.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit within three (3) business days.
