The Program
Phytochemicals, an important part of the human diet, can influence the ratio of the gut microbiota by promoting the growth and reproduction of beneficial microbiota while inhibiting the growth and reproduction of pathogenic microbiota (1.)
This juice plan accelerates the feeding of the microbiome, which is likely beneficial to any person, whether healthy or not, and is often the first priority for any health upgrade.
The gut microbiota, consisting of approximately 100 trillion microorganisms, lives in the gastrointestinal system and comprises more than 1000 species. These are bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and yeasts. Bacteria form the largest part (90%) of the microbiome.
They perform a huge number of functions in healthy people:
- Produce enzymes in the intestine that further break down unabsorbed food components in the small intestine
- Regulate lipid metabolism
- Glucose homeostasis

Products and Usage INSTRUCTIONS
Drink six juices each day for three days in the order below. Feel free to adjust the times according to your needs.
For optimal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, enjoy 5 grams of raw cashews with each bottle of Phyto Green, a slice of avocado with each bottle of Beta-Carrot, and 5 grams of pumpkin seeds with each bottle of Bio-Live Berry.

What to do when your Program arrives
1. Keep your products frozen
Upon receipt, pop your juices into the freezer. If you plan to start immediately, the juices for days 1 and 2 can be stored in your fridge.
2. Schedule your cleanse
Find a gap in your schedule where you can abstain from eating whole foods, and it will be easy to stick to the program.
3. Defrost your juices
Defrost your juices overnight at room temperature the night before your start date. As soon as you wake up, pop them in the fridge.
4. Get juicing!
We deliver the juices labelled for you with day and number on the lid. The Usage Instructions above also show you the order to drink them in.
