- When buyers first register a Mobicred account, they undergo a simple online process to determine their credit limit.
- Mobicred account holders with sufficient available credit can then make payment by selecting Mobicred at checkout and signing into their account.
- Once processed, you will immediately receive the full amount (minus PayFast’s fees), without the risk of payment reversals.
Thank you for your order, we hope you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund, online store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be requested within three (3) days of the date on which you received your order. Orders must be returned in their entirety and all products in the order must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
To return your order, please email Fiona at email@example.com stating your order number, the reason for your return and attaching a photograph of the products to be returned.
We will email you a Returns Authorisaton Number within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your request, weekends and public holidays excluded.
We will contact you to arrrange to have your products collected and delivered to Juice Revolution in Stellenbosch. We will give you instructions as to how your products should be stored whilst awaiting collection. As we produce perishable products it is imperative that we use our courier companies to return your order as they understand the cold chain.
Please note, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs, which will be deducted from your refund, online store credit or exchange. Please note, these fees may be higher than the delivery fees on your original order due to our subsidisation policy on deliveries.
• We do not offer refunds for products which have defrosted after delivery. Please therefore ensure that the person receiving your order is informed to place your products into the freezer on deliver day.
• Any bank fees linked to the payment method on your original will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your products, we will process your refund, online store credit or exchange. This will happen within three (3) working days of the receipt of your return.
• Refunds will be made directly into your bank account.
• We will send you a coupon if you have requested an online store credit.
• We will dispatch your new order if you have requested an exchange.
