Delivery Fees

At our online store, we hold fairness in high regard. This is why our delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery area, as indicated by your postal code. We acknowledge that there might be instances where the delivery cost exceeds the initial charge on our website. In such cases, once we capture the waybill in our courier’s system, we retain the right to adjust your delivery fee. However, if the revised fee is not acceptable, we are more than willing to provide a full refund on your order.

Errors

Please check your order and inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt. Missing or incorrectly packed items reported within 24 hours of receipt will be replaced, no questions asked.

Coupons

Only one coupon can be used at a time in our online store. Please note that coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to already discounted items.
