The 3-Day Gut Restoration Cleanse is a focused, all-inclusive program designed to give your digestive system a break, nourish your microbiome and support a natural reset — in a short, effective format.

What Makes This Cleanse Unique
At the heart of the cleanse are our new Gut Health Smoothies, developed in collaboration with Cool Stool® and leading gut-health experts. Each smoothie combines whole-food ingredients with Cool Stool’s nutritionally tested raw, high-fibre super seed mix — a unique blend of buckwheat, oat bran, chia seeds, linseed powder, psyllium husk and acacia gum.
This powerful combination delivers diverse prebiotic fibres that feed beneficial gut bacteria, allowing them to multiply and form a thriving microbiome — strengthening digestive health, nutrient absorption and immune function.

What to do when your Plan arrives

1. Keep your products frozen
Pop your frozen products in your freezer upon receipt. If you are planning to start straight away Day 1’s products can be stored in your fridge.

2. Schedule your cleanse
Find a gap in your schedule where it will be easy for you to stick to the cleanse.

3. Do your cleanse prep
For two days before you start, remove processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar from your diet. Increase your consumption of whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and water. Set your intention for the cleanse.
4. Buy fresh lemons
Upon waking drink a mug of hot water with the juice of half a fresh lemon squeezed into it.

5. Defrost your products
The night before your cleanse defrost your juices and soups for Day 1, overnight at room temperature. Pop them in the fridge as soon as you wake up in the morning.

6. Get juicing!
We deliver the juices labelled for you with day and number on the lid. Your daily Planner shows you the timings of what to drink when.
