3. Review Your Guide
Your Daily Planner contains everything you need. Take a few moments to review it before you begin.
4. Prepare in Advance
Follow the 2-day preparation guidelines sent on email. Use the included shopping list to purchase the ingredients for your post-cleanse meal plan.
5. Defrost Your Products
On the evening before you begin, allow the following day’s products to defrost at room temperature. Refrigerate the next morning.
6. Follow Your Plan
Your Daily Planner will guide you through the timing and flow of your juices, smoothies, soups, meals, and shots each day for a seamless cleanse experience.
