The Protocol
This juicing protocol harnesses the power of green juices to support the management of chronic diseases. These nutrient-dense juices offer a range of health benefits, particularly for individuals battling cancer and other chronic conditions. By extracting juice from a variety of vegetables, essential nutrients are preserved and delivered in a form that the body can absorb more efficiently. Juicing is especially beneficial for those with chronic illnesses that compromise digestion or nutrient absorption. It provides a way to nourish the body with vital nutrients while minimizing strain on the digestive system, promoting overall health and well-being.
It is recommended to follow this program for six weeks. During this time, you will consume cold-pressed vegetable juices, health shots, herbal teas, and protein powder while incorporating daily rebounding. This six-week period aligns with the body’s natural healing cycle, allowing it to focus on eliminating toxins and repairing cells and vital organs. If you feel hungry, you may include whole foods and soups but stick to plant based options, close to nature. Avoid animal protein, eggs, dairy, fried and processed foods, refined sugar, preservatives, artificial ingredients, alcohol, and caffeine.

What to do when your Plan arrives

1. Keep your juices frozen
Pop your juices in your freezer upon receipt. If you are planning to start straight away, Day 1's products can be stored in your fridge.

2. Schedule your start date
Determine the date on which you will be starting the protocol. Inform your family and friends so that they can support you.

3. Defrost your products
Defrost each day's juices overnight at room temperature or for 24 hours in the fridge. Keep them in the fridge once defrosted.

4. Get started
Follow the instructions on your Daily Planner which shows you what to drink when. We also deliver the juices labelled with day and number on the lids. It is very important that you work with a health care practitioner whilst undertaking this program.
