SUGGESTED USE
Soak it when you are CONSTIPATED. Soak for 2 minutes with a little water, milk or cold-pressed juice, then mix it with your favourite smoothie, porridge and/or breakfast cereal. You can also simply add some honey, full cream yoghurt to get your valuable probiotics and fruit or your choice and enjoy.

DOSE
- Children 2 years up – building from ½ tsp to 1 tsp daily
- Children 7 years and older – start with 1 tsp and build up to 2-3 tsp daily
- Teenagers and adults – build up to 1-2 Tbs daily
Your daily dose can be taken all at once or split over the course of the day.
