Why the Angel Juicer?
As far as I know, we are the only company in South Africa using a Commercial Angel Juicer. And there’s a reason for that—it’s slow, and it’s expensive. Most juice companies prioritize efficiency and profit over nutrient extraction, but we don’t.
The Angel Juicer operates at a deliberately slow speed to protect nutrients from heat and oxidation. The result? The highest-quality juice with maximum vitamins, minerals, and enzymes intact.
The Three Types of Vegetable Juice
Did you know that vegetable juice comes in three categories?
🟢 Green Juice – Extracted from leaves 🟠 Root Juice – From stems and roots 🌱 Fiber Juice – The most nutrient-dense but hardest to extract!
Unlike green or root juice, fiber juice comes from the white cellulose fibers deep inside leaves, stems and roots. These fibers contain an abundance of beta-carotene, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, manganese, potassium, chlorophyll, flavonoids, and saponins—but standard juicers struggle to extract them properly.
How the Angel Juicer Stands Apart
The Angel Juicer’s patented Shattering Helical Gear (SHG) Technology ensures every drop of juice is packed with nutrition. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Stage One – The produce is finely ground using SHG Technology. 2️⃣ Stage Two – 80% of the juice is extracted under high pressure. 3️⃣ Stage Three – The pulp is pressed again to squeeze out every last drop.
Unlike other juicers, the Angel Juicer works at a low speed, generating minimal heat and preserving delicate nutrients. Lab studies from the Advanced Food Research Institute in Korea confirm that it extracts up to 17 times more calcium and 5 times more magnesium than other juicers on the market. To officially welcome our new Angel Juicer, we had to do a proper christening. But instead of champagne, we did it Juice Revolution style—with fresh celery juice! 🥂
As I fed the first stalk of celery into the juicer and watched the vibrant, nutrient-rich juice flow out, I was reminded why we do what we do.
