Health Benefits:
This shot contains 15ml of raw turmeric juice. We use tumeric juice as it contains constituents, like turmeric oil which are lost when processing turmeric into powder.

How to drink your Golden Shot:
Defrost at room temperature and drink immediately once defrosted. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 to 30 minutes before consuming anything else. Drink a minimum of one of our health shots per day.
