Description
The 5:2 Juice and Soup Plan involves eating a regular, healthy diet five days a week and doing a low-calorie juice and soup ‘fast’ on the remaining two days. You can choose any two days of the week; you may do them consecutively or have non-fasting days in between. We created four weekly 5:2 Juice and Soup Plans to ensure variety and a wide range of nutrients. Each week includes unique juices and soups, plus a Daily Planner and stickers on the lids indicating the order to drink them. Our blast freezing locks in all nutrients and allows you the convenience of ordering multiple weeks at a time.
