We deliver our blast-frozen juices, smoothies, soups and wellness programmes to most areas across South Africa. Every order is carefully packed to arrive frozen, ready for your freezer and your schedule. Below are answers to some of the questions we’re asked most often about shipping and delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the products you’ve ordered.

Most Juice Cleanses, Lifestyle Plans, Healing Plans, Soup Boxes and Juice Boxes are dispatched within our standard delivery schedule shown below.

If you’re building your own box of individual juices, smoothies or health shots, please allow a little extra time, as these products are prepared according to availability.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to help.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email your tracking number, courier details and estimated delivery date.

Some outlying areas are only serviced by our couriers on certain days of the week. It’s best to please check with us.

We deliver to most areas across South Africa using specialist courier partners.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, simply enter your postal code during checkout or contact us and we’ll be happy to check for you.

At checkout, enter your postal code and click Calculate Shipping.

If you receive the message:

“No shipping options are available for this address.”

it simply means we haven’t delivered to your area before.

Contact us with your delivery address and we’ll check whether frozen delivery is available.

Yes.

Simply enter your preferred delivery date in the Order Notes section during checkout.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm your delivery date when your order is processed.

Yes.

If you have a preferred delivery time, please include it in the Order Notes during checkout.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and will check with our courier partners whether it is possible. If your requested time cannot be accommodated, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options.

Please note that deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot offer after-hours or weekend deliveries.

Usually, yes.

You can change your delivery address up until the day of delivery, provided the new address is within the same delivery area.

Please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll update your delivery details with our courier partner.

If the new address falls outside the original delivery area, we’ll let you know if any changes to the delivery schedule or fee are required.

Yes.

You are welcome to collect your order directly from Juice Revolution.

Once your order is ready, we’ll email you to arrange a convenient collection time.

Please bring a cooler box or cooler bag to transport your frozen products home. If you need to use one of our insulated boxes, we simply ask that it is returned to us afterwards so we can reuse it.

Yes.

Because our products are delivered frozen, someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

In some areas, our insulated packaging also needs to be returned to the courier.

Someone will need to be available to receive your order.

Because our products are delivered frozen, failed deliveries can affect the cold chain. If nobody is available, the courier will contact us and we’ll also try to reach you.

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will attempt delivery on the next working day where possible. In many major centres, your order can be returned to a freezer overnight. However, this is not available in every area, so it’s important that someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date.

Yes.

Every order leaves our facility blast-frozen and is carefully packed in insulated packaging to help maintain its frozen temperature throughout its journey.

Where possible, orders are routed through our holding freezers in Cape Town and Johannesburg before final delivery. Together with our trusted courier partners, this helps ensure your products arrive frozen and ready for your freezer.

If your products do not arrive frozen, please:

• note it on the courier waybill before signing

• take photographs of the products

• contact us immediately

We’ll investigate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Our products are packed in insulated polystyrene boxes and transported using trusted courier partners to help maintain the cold chain throughout delivery.

Your products should arrive frozen.

If they are not frozen when you receive them, or you have any concerns about the condition of your order, please take photographs and contact us immediately.

We’ll investigate the shipment and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery costs depend on:

• your delivery area

• the size and weight of your order

• the courier service required

Your shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Yes.

If you prefer to arrange your own courier, please ensure they can maintain the cold chain and deliver your order within 24 hours of collection.

Once your order leaves Juice Revolution with your nominated courier, responsibility for the cold chain transfers to them.
