All our juices are cold-pressed and lovingly made by hand from our smallholding in the beautiful Cape Winelands. We use fresh, high-quality produce sourced from local suppliers and organic wherever possible.
We wash all our produce with ozone water, after which it is extracted using a twin gear, twin auger juicer with shattering helical gear technology, which allows us to extract and retain the highest possible levels of nutrients. The technology used presses the portions of fruit and vegetables no less than three times, the waste of which is a dry, pulpy and fibrous residue of the remaining fruit and vegetables. Once bottled, our juice is blast-frozen to preserve the important vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It is then stored at a consistent -20˚C to guarantee that it retains all of its nutritional qualities until it is delivered to your door.
You will find no toxic chemicals, artificial sweeteners, flavourants, colourants or preservatives in our juice.
