What to do when your Soup Box arrives
1. Keep your soups frozen
Put your soups in your freezer upon receipt.
2. Work out your meal replacement plan
Decide how many meals you are going to replace with a soup. Plan your other whole food meals.
3. Identify other areas of improvement.
Are there other good habits you can bring into your life? Now is the time to start!
4. Buy fresh lemons
Start a daily, healthy habit of drinking a mug of hot water with the juice of half a fresh lemon squeezed into it when you wake up.
5. Defrost your soups
Defrost your soup overnight at room temperature. Pop it in the fridge when you wake up in the morning.
6. Enjoy your soup!
Heat your soup gently in a pot on the stove. Avoid using a microwave if possible.
