Full fat yoghurt, low fat milk, peanut butter, banana, honey, vanilla.
Ingredient attributes:
Dairy: Contains BCAA’s and the remaining 7 essential amino acids, all of which serve to preserve and repair muscle tissue. Contains lactose which is used to replenish energy stores.
Peanut Butter: High in anti-oxidant Vitamin E and protein which helps repair damaged tissues and cells.
