This plan is designed as a follow-on to our cleanse plans and makes it easy and convenient for you to maintain your momentum, reach your goals and continue on with your improved lifestyle. By following this two week plan you automatically transform two thirds of your daily diet into high nutrient, easily absorbed, plant-based food and all you need to do is make one healthy whole food meal per day.
This plan is also perfect for those wanting to kick-start a healthy lifestyle but who aren’t ready to embark on a cleanse just yet. What to do when your Plan arrives

2. Schedule your start
Aim to start immediately after your cleanse. If you are doing this as a stand alone plan you can start any time. The sooner the better!

3. Read your Quick Start Guide

5. Buy fresh lemons

6. Defrost your products
The night before you start, defrost your juices and soups overnight at room temperature. Pop them in the fridge as soon as you wake up in the morning.

7. Get juicing!
We deliver the juices labelled for you with day and number on the lid. Your Quick Start Guide contains a daily planner showing you the timings of what to drink when.
