The Farmacy
Benefits of this protocol
The Protocol
The six-week juicing protocol leverages green juices’ benefits for managing chronic diseases. Consuming these nutrient-rich juices can offer numerous health advantages, particularly for patients dealing with cancer and chronic diseases. By extracting juices from various vegetables and fruits, the essential nutrients are preserved and delivered in a form that is easier for the body to absorb. Juicing is particularly beneficial for those who have chronic diseases that may interfere with regular digestion or nutrient absorption. It enables these individuals to obtain the necessary nutrients for overall health and well-being without overtaxing their digestive systems. The six-week period aligns with the body’s average healing time, enabling it to direct energy toward flushing out toxins and healing its cells and vital organs. Click HERE to read more.
Week 4 of the protocol consists of green and red vegetable juices, plant-based soups, health shots, detox teas, and protein powder. You are encouraged to avoid solid food and to rebound for at least 30 minutes daily. Please consult with your integrative health practitioner before embarking on this protocol.
Our blast freezing locks in all nutrients and allows you the convenience of ordering multiple weeks at a time.

What to do when your Plan arrives
1. Keep your juices frozen
Pop your juices and soups in your freezer upon receipt. If you are planning to start straight away, Day 1's products can be stored in your fridge.
2. Schedule your start date
3. Defrost your products
Defrost each day's juices and soups overnight at room temperature. Pop them in the fridge as soon as you wake up in the morning.
4. Get started
Follow the instructions on your Daily Planner which shows you what to drink when. We also deliver the juices labelled with day and number on the lids. It is very important that you work with a health care practitioner whilst undertaking this program.
