I would recommend this program to anyone. I found it extremely convenient and easy to follow, as we entered a ‘financial budget phase’, which required working 12 to 14 hour days throughout the week. Each morning I packed my juices into a cooler bag. I set alarms for each meal, and just ‘dipped’ into the bag, shook the juice and drank it. In the evening I warmed the soup, took the next days’ juices out of the freezer, and carried on so. So, for anyone planning to do a lot of hard work over a few days, I would recommend this plan. After the week, I didn’t feel as exhausted as I normally do after a budget cycle. The best is you don’t have to worry or think about a meal, and you also don’t fall into the ‘take-away’ trap. I lost 2,5 kilograms as well ……..
