We use fresh, high-quality produce sourced from local suppliers and organic wherever possible. After washing the produce with ozonated water, the juices are cold-pressed in stainless steel twin gear, twin auger juicers, which grind at an incredibly slow 82 revolutions per minute, resulting in high-nutrient juice with more enzymes intact due to very little heat friction and oxidation.
