“Well, I was told about the program by my wife. She was going to do the program and I agreed to do it with her to support her. I did not really think about the benefits to myself. I was told I could lose some weight. As a fit athletic person, I did not really think of the benefits other than supporting my wife. I was skeptical about how this would work as I train a lot and was sure I could not survive on just “juice!” Well, to all of you who are thinking this, I assure you, you are all wrong! Although I did not need to, I still lost 3.5kg. My body fat % went down 2%. Here are the facts. I never felt hungry! I still trained 12 hours during the week and only once felt tired, that may not have even been the program’s fault, as even when not on a “juice” you can have a “bad” day of training. My skin felt fresh and younger. My teeth felt cleaner all the time. I felt full of energy. According to my Polar watch my fitness went up 2 more points. I felt my overall health improve. Although I generally ate well before the program, I think it reminded me of my eating habits and I stopped a few bad habits I had picked up. I will definitely do this program again. ….”
