My name is Fiona Stander, and I am an entrepreneur living in Somerset West, South Africa. After 23 years in the corporate world, as a chartered accountant-turned IT specialist, and finally a general manager, I resigned and stepped off the ‘corporate’ hamster wheel. It had been a wonderful ride, and although I got to live in many countries around the world, and have the exciting experiences this brings, a new season was beckoning, one with better balance and more quality time with my wonderful husband and three beautiful sons.
Not being one to sit still for very long, I joined a network marketing company in the health and wellness sector, and immersed myself in the products, systems and training this company offered. This proved to be a valuable bridge between the world of big corporates and one of smaller enterprises, and it was in the latter that my passion for nutrition was born.
After a year and a half, I realized that the network marketing industry was my schooling, but not my future, and I resigned my distributorship. At the same time, I discovered the power of juicing in my own life and that of my family’s, and decided to focus on building the JUICE REVOLUTION concept.
After all the years in the corporate work-force, I knew first-hand how difficult it was to eat a balanced diet when you spend your day running from meeting to meeting, chasing deadline after deadline. When you get home you change roles to wife, husband, mother, father, and where are you going to find time to make that salad to take to work the next day? I could have done with Juice Revolution when I was giving my all to my corporate career; a balanced, high water-content, raw meal that you can drink on the run, that also tastes delicious and fills you up, was exactly what I needed. Juice Revolution is my passion. I take great pride in the superior quality of my product and in the professional service that I offer. With me, you are not just a number, you are a unique individual that deserves the very best when it comes to what you put into your body.
I am currently busy with a Natural Juice Therapy Certificate, a two year course that is recognized by the Complimentary Medicines Council. It is a privilege to be able to do this course, as I love learning. I believe that the day you stop learning is the day you stop living. I am also privileged to have a wonderful supportive family of men – my husband and three sons – all of whom love my juice!
