Delivery costs for outlying areas are based on estimates. If actual costs are going to be significantly higher than the estimate on your invoice, we will give you the option to pay in the difference or offer you a full refund on your order.
Please check your order and let us know of any issues within 24 hours of receipt. Missing or incorrectly packed items reported within 24 hours of receipt will be replaced, no questions asked.
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we need to be in control of the cold chain at all times, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
