didn’t help, but I pushed through and am feeling a lot better. Juices and soups make it so much easier to follow; I would never do it any other way! I’m now 9.2 kgs down, and biggest wow is not the weight loss, it’s that for the past few years I’ve had really bad back and leg pain, using pain killers and anti inflammatories to manage the pain, but a few days ago, I realized I have no pain at all! Here's my experience: Staff & Service: The communication is superb. The turn around time for enquiries is surprisingly fast whether it's on emails, Whatsapp or Instagram. This included updating you lead time for delivery and info packs on the programme. Delivery was impressive. All the products are neatly packed in chronological order and the big plus - both the soups and juices were still frozen. Product Experience:Juice plans (or any diet) can be daunting but included is a user-friendly plan to guide you along. The juices and soups are labelled (ingredients and coordinating day) for ease. Now we all know that some health gimmicks don't offer flavour - but that's not the case with Juice Revolution. Not only do they taste amazing - I can vouch that they are indeed filling. In general:I had anticipated the physical cleanse however I found a newness about myself as if mind went through a detox cleanse as well. I noticed by the third morning that my energy increased which really inspired me to get back to exercising.
